To be able to use Streemster, whether you want to be a Sponsor or Creator you will need to:- Register an account :- To register an account click on the button “Create My Account” which will take you to a registration form page. Here you will need to choose and user name for admin purposes of at least 5 characters, and provide an email address you have access to and password - meeting the following criteria “Password must be minimum eight characters, at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character” In this view you also need to ‘Check’ ✓ that you agree with our terms of service. You can view these by clicking the text ‘Terms & Conditions’ Once you click the sign up button you will then receive confirmation from Streemster to the email address you provided on the registration page.

Login:

- With your account credentials from the home page where you will see a Sign-in button which will take you to the login page. Enter your details as requested.

What is the difference between My Creator Dashboard and My Sponsor Dashboard?

Once logged into your account, you will find in the top menu bar the following tabs ‘My Sponsor Dashboard’ and ‘My Creator Dashboard’ Both roles are available to all accounts on the platform so your login allows you to be both a sponsor and a creator.

Sponsor Dashboard :- Sponsor Dashboard :- If your primary objective is to sponsor a creator, then you will want to use the ‘My Sponsor Dashboard’. Here you can see which creators you have sponsored and get access to content published by creators you sponsor. You can also see your transactions and also manage your subscriptions to sponsored creators. To find the Creator you want to sponsor, you can use the link they shared with you or find them using the search box at the homepage on Streemster.

Creator Dashboard :- If your primary objective is to create and publish your own content, which your community can sponsor your work, then you will need to use the ‘My Creator Dashboard’ The creator role has many more options to allow the creator to set up their own page, and also provide the following attributes People, Tiers, Polls, Projects, Posts. Also as a Creator you can set up multiple business ID’s for different business trading. For example a Creator may wish to promote different styles of content which need to be presented on separate pages. This is also a requirement if a creator wishes to promote adult themed content, then it would need to be listed on it’s own business ID, with the age restriction functionality implemented. There are also tabs for reviewing transactions from sponsors and review a list of sponsors and their attributes. Check the Creator FAQ section for more details on these features and how to use them.

My account - Settings and Account Details:

Within the top bar of the dashboard views and the main homepage you have your username and a drop down which allows provision to update email address and password, in addition there is a details page which will be required to be completed particularly if you wish to create your own page and receive subscriptions from sponsors, where we need to know your personal information and financial details to pay your subscriptions.

Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication is a security feature that helps protect your Streemster account in addition to your password. When you set up two-factor authentication, you'll be asked to enter a special login code or confirm your login attempt each time someone tries accessing your account. You can also get alerts when someone tries logging in from a browser or mobile device that we don't recognise.

To turn on or manage two-factor authentication: Go to your Security page. Scroll down to Two-factor authentication block and choose the security method that you want to add and follow the on-screen instructions. You must enter a code that will be provided to you by Streemster via SMS and/or through a particular smartphone application in order to connect to your Streemster control panel.

Account Issues

Help! I forgot my password!

You can change your password by providing your email address, you used to register your account by clicking on the ‘Forgot password?’ link at the sign-in page. Please follow the instructions on the emails that are automatically sent to your email account.

Why can't I log in?

This situation will be due to either your credentials being incorrect, or that you do not have a connection to the internet. Please check both your credentials, especially if your browser has recorded a copy of them incorrectly, and that your internet connection is working well.

I have two accounts. Can I merge them?

Please raise a support ticket with our support team, it may be possible to merge accounts in the future.
